The Pros’ seem to outweigh the cons!

Forbes have shared a great article highlighting the benefits of flexible working for employers and employees with the key benefits being:



⭐️Reduces staff turnover

⭐️Increases productivity

⭐️Increases engagement

⭐️Improves work life balance

Employers will really broaden their talent pool by offering flexible working. So often we cannot put candidates forward for positions because they cannot commit to the 2 or 3 set days in the office stipulated by employers. These highly skilled candidates are normally more than happy to attend the office for meetings or as and when needed but they want a more flexible approach.

Creating a fully flexible workforce take time, trust and commitment but if you consider all the benefits it seems a worthwhile investment.
