…..said Martin Williams, head of employment at law firm Mayo Wynne Baxter in relation to law firm Stephenson Harwood’s announcement of a new #wfh policy but those who take it up must take a 20% pay cut.

I think Williams makes such a valid point. Flexible working looks different to each person and can change depending on where that person is in their life. Just as companies change over time so do their people.
