I’m recruiting a Conference Producer for a one of our long standing Global Events & Intelligence clients. They provide industry leading intelligence for decision makers in the tech industry via digital media products and B2B events.

 

I wanted to know what their current people think about working in the company so contacted one of the conference producers we recently placed into the team. I asked for their 3 best things about working in the company:

 

1. Rewarding – The buzz when you get a top-level speaker on your event is a genuinely rewarding experience. They’ve signed up to something you’ve created, and will work with you to craft content. It’s like being a director and getting an A list actor in your cast

 

2. Fulfilling – Your events really are your events, and you get to genuinely have a creative process in your work. Starting with a blank piece of paper and a short brief, you get to transform that into a fully fleshed out and engaging piece of writing, created with proper research. A style all of your own will develop naturally and the emergence of that is something encouraged by the company

 

3. Nurturing – This is a place where anyone who works hard is very well looked after. This is an organisation that invests in you, wants you to succeed, and wants you to master your craft. And the people are lovely! When you meet everyone in-person it is so much fun and the strength of the company culture cannot be overstated.

 

This company operate a fully remote based business and we are currently recruiting a producer to join their European team (you will need to be based in European), it is really important you are committed and able to work effectively from home.
