I’m hiring a Conference Producer for a leading international conference business. This role will fit into their thriving life science event team and be focused on the intersection of health, tech, and innovation.

Conference Producer – Life Sciences & Tech | Hybrid, London
Location: London (Hybrid) + Global Travel
Salary: Up to £34,000 + Bonus (£6–7K OTE)
What you’ll do:
- Research cutting-edge global life science and tech trends
- Secure a high number of senior-level industry speakers for your event
- Write compelling conference agendas and reelvant marketing content
- Build relationships via calls and digital meetings
- Own the project from concept to delivery and work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues in sales, marketing and event operations
- Arrange and lead phone and digital meetings
- Write and send a lot of business emails and messages via LinkedIn

- A confident and professional communicator
- Commercially savvy professional
- Natural storyteller with the energy to lead projects
- A professional who is motivated by ownership, responsibility and autonomy
- A professional who can demonstrate their direct/transferable skills (conference producer, recruitment consultant, market research, b2b sales etc)
- A graduate with a strong academic background
