Salary up to £30K + Uncapped Commission
- Opportunity to lead and grow the Delegate Sales function

- This is a blended role across sales and customer service
What will you be doing?
- This role works alongside the Marketing team to develop and execute the telesales campaign for each event. Dovetailing activity into the wider marketing campaign
- Working with marketing to convert inbound sales enquiries into leads
- Along with the Operations and Sales teams you will curate bespoke VIP guest lists for client dinners with the responsibility of ensuring a 100% turn out
- Providing a VIP service to key event attendees and acting as their main point of contact should they have queries
- Efficiently responding to delegate enquiries and sharing discount codes when needed
- Collaborating with other teams across the business to optimise campaign success
- Cold calling and selling to lists of prospective event attendees
- Nurture confirmed delegates in the run up to the event and providing assistance when needed such as with the registration process and App adoption

- Highly organised and process driven with good attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure & meet KPI’s
- Strong communicator and influencer
- Ability to work independently and as part of the wider events team

- Confident with an excellent telephone manner

- Experience using Hubspot / CRM systems
- Confident working with LinkedIn and Twitter

The events are in the form of festivals, conferences, and exhibitions and they produce an outstanding programme of digital events.
