Head of Operations – Media & Events

We’re recruiting a Head of Operations for a high growth B2B Media & Events business. This is an exciting time to join the business as they continue to grow their digital media platform, expand their digital event offering and return to live events! The Head of Ops will oversee the logistical operations for all events, lead the team and create & deliver the operational strategy.

The events are B2B LSE’s & digital held in Europe & America.

Key experience includes:

·        5+ years B2B operational events experience

·        National and international conference experience

·        Experience delivering both in-person and virtual events

·        Knowledge of industry, venues and contractors

·        Budget management

·        Experience managing relationships with external partners

·        Line management and mentoring
