Hyve Group closed 2024 with a 60% revenue increase, reaching $316m, driven by 17% organic growth and acquisitions of HLTH and POSSIBLE, expanding into healthcare and marketing sectors.

Key drivers include:

    • Launch of Shoptalk Fall event
    • Expansion of events and growth across meeting programs (190,000 one-on-one meetings, 96% completion rate, up 27% from 2023)
    • Integration of acquired events
    • Implementation of digitization strategy

“It has now been eighteen months since Hyve became a private business and in that time, we have accelerated our growth plans.

2024 Achievements:

  • HLTH became the company’s largest revenue generator, while POSSIBLE saw increased customer engagement.
  • Introduced GO27, a three-year growth plan targeting market expansion, customer retention, and portfolio growth.
  • Hyve expanded its leadership team with new positions including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Global Brands, Transformation Director and more.

2025 Outlook:

  • Plans include organic growth, targeted M&A, and continued leadership in global events, supported by a strong balance sheet.
  • Hyve operates 30 events across 10 sectors, with over 3,000 speakers delivering 500 hours of content in 2024.
